Shipping Policy

All Event Bound apparel is made to order — nothing is pre-stocked, which means every item is printed fresh once you place your order. This lets us offer custom designs for every event without the waste of mass production, but it also means shipping works a little differently than typical next-day retail.

Processing time: Orders are printed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Shipping time: Once your order ships, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–8 business days.

Total estimated delivery: 5–13 business days from the day you order.

Order cutoffs: Because every design is tied to a specific event, each product page lists a recommended order-by date to help ensure your item arrives before that event. We strongly encourage ordering early — shipping times are not guaranteed, and orders placed close to an event's date carry real risk of arriving after you've already left.

Order tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
